Master Mezcalero,  Everardo Garcia Salvador, made from Maguey Espadin, agave Angustifolia  with 8 years of maturation.

Crystalline, with silver sparkles. Clean and transparent.

Smoky earth notes and floral notes.

Region: Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, Mexico.

Mezcal Máximo Santana was born in the year 2020. In the municipality of Santiago Matatlán, it is one of the 570 municipalities into which the Mexican state of Oaxaca is divided. Its head is the town of the same name. The municipality of Santiago Matatlán is located in the center of the state of Oaxaca, it is part of the district of Tlacolula in the Valles Centrales region.

 

It has a land area of 184,434 square kilometers which is equivalent to 0.18% of the state area, its altitude ranges from a maximum of 2,900 to a minimum of 1,500 meters above sea level.
